1 General Terms

33gbd is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots and various card games for users in Bangladesh. These rules and terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33gbd platform and all its services.

These terms form a valid agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and 33gbd ("we", "our" or "platform"). By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to comply with all these terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Security and Responsibility

• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

33gbd provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

33gbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are subject to specific terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.
• After claiming the bonus, 20x wagering must be completed before withdrawal.
• For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of (৳1,000 + ৳1,000) × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once and to one account.
• Deposits cannot be withdrawn from bonus funds — they can only be used for betting.
• 33gbd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• Specific terms for VIP cashback and other offers apply separately.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting activities on 33gbd:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless 33gbd itself makes the offer.
• If a match or game is cancelled due to technical issues, 33gbd reserves the right to refund the relevant bet deposit.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game or odds, 33gbd's decision will be considered final.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds displayed due to software errors, display issues or technical problems will be considered void.
• Separate betting rules apply for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other sporting events.
• For live casino, slots and other games, the rules of each individual game provider must be followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33gbd platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using betting software, bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus abuse — multiple accounts, coordinated betting or risk-free betting strategies.
• Match fixing or manipulation in collusion with other users.
• Creating accounts using fake or stolen identity information.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking attempts.
• Harassing, intimidating or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Using third-party payment methods or conducting transactions on behalf of others.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

33gbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• If an investigation is required under anti-money laundering regulations.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
